Chill panner | Episode 20
Hello guys!
Make restaurants style chill panner at home. Chill pannner can be serve with many other food items like plain rice, fried rice, noodles, roti etc.
It can be made dry, semi dry or gravy.
Chilli Paneer is a vegetarian version of Chilli Chicken and has become one of the most sought after dishes in Indo-Chinese cuisine. I have been told that it tastes similar to General Tso’s recipe, though it is made with Indian cottage cheese instead of tofu.

Ingredient
1. Panner (1 kg)
2. Cumin, onion, green chill, capsicum, chopped ginger and garlic.
3. Soya sauce, tomato sauce, green chill sauce
4. Salt, pepper, red chill powder, oil
Preparation
Step 1.
Fry panner in little oil. ( Not a essential step )
Step 2
Take a utensil, add oil and let it heat. Add ginger, garlic, green chills and cumin seeds. Stir fry for 1 minute. Add onion and capsicum and let is cook for 5 minutes until it become pink brown in colour.
Step 3
Add salt & pepper, chill powder in it and a little bit of water. Now we will add green chill sauce, red tomato sauce, soy souce and mix them all well.
Step 4
Add panner in the mixer, add water if required. Adjust the thickness of chill panner as per your wish.
Step 5
Grainse the recipe with coriander leaves.
Your chill panner is ready to eat.
