Basic Chicken curry

 For most of the chicken lover, basic chicken making is quiet odd. I am myself a food lover but when it's comes to me for making chicken at home I myself failed it has first. So it is a recipe that reminders me of my childhood. Its good to see that i am sharing this recipe with you guys. Now i would like to tell you guys the basic food recipe for the people who are trying it for the very first time. So let's begin. 

It is a north indian style chicken curry. It taste good with both rice and roti.

About the recipe

It is a simple and most basic curry of our indian culture. Curry is a dish with a sauce or gravy seasoned with spices, mainly derived from the interchange of Indian cuisine with European taste in food, starting with the Portuguese, followed by the Dutch and British, and then thoroughly internationalised.

Step 1

  PRE PERPATION

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿ‘‰Cut the 5-6 onion, green chill. Take all the species in one plate as shown in figure. All these species make the chicken super tasty.

Step 2 

THE REAL COOKING
 
๐Ÿ‘‰Take a pressure cooker or utiles of your choice, add 1 cup of mustard oil in it. Heat it uptoo it hot and add all the raw species, cook for 1 minute and add the onion in it and cook till it become pink-golden in colour. Now add the ginder garlic paste. and mix well. 

Add chicken in the cooker and mix it will you can a little of water too. 






Step 3

๐Ÿ‘‰Let the chicken cook for 5-10 minutes in its own water with onion. Now add the species like red chill powder, turmeric, coriander jeera powder. Mix it well and roast for 5 to 10 minutes.

๐Ÿ‘‰Now you can choose both if you wanted to add water and whistle the cooker for 10-15 minutes, or you can add little little water stepwise and let the chicken cook for 30 minutes. Now add coriander leaves to garnish.




 Your chicken is ready to eat.๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹
