Samosa | Episode 14

 Let's make this amazing indain snacks. It is the heart of Indian people. It's one of the favorite dish of people but u know its origin 

Most of us don't know that it was not origined in india. Yes u read it right.


History of samosa's 

Samosa is a well know traveled dish.  samosa's beginnings really lie great many miles away in the old realms that rose up in the Iranian level at the beginning of progress itself.


We don't be aware for certain when the principal cooks molded baked good into the now-recognizable three-sided shape however we really do realize that the starting points of the name are Persian - "sanbosag". samosa's beginnings truly lie great many miles away in the old realms that rose up in the Iranian level at the beginning of development itself.

 So let's start making this amazing dish. 


Ingredient

1. Maida

2. Water

3. Potato 

4. Spcies like  turmeric powder,  chill powder, coriander powder,  pepper and salt.

5. Oil 

6. Chopped onion and green chill


Preparation:- 

Step 1 

Take maida and add water into it to make a soft dough. Now boil the potatoes.

Step 2 


Making of potato filling- Take a pan add green chills onion into it and let it cook then add all the spices and little bit of water. Add the boiled potato and mix them all well.

Step 3 


Heat the oil. Take the ball of dough and roll it flat. Cut it into two halfs and fill the filling into it. Apply water on the side and close the filling. Now fry the Samosa.


Your Samosa are ready. Very tasty.
