How to make egg curry | Episode 8

 Let's learn to make this exciting dish. It's very delicious and tasty. It is basically made up of boiled eggs with Indian spices. It is a unique and healthy dish. It only takes 20 minutes to be made and serve with rice or roti. Indian cuisine is very diverse and an egg curry is made by several methods. So let's start. 

                                  


Ingredients :-

1. Eggs 

2. Spices like turmeric powder, chill powder,  coriander powder,  gram masala,  pepper, salt 

3. Chopped onion,  tomato, green chill, ginger and garlic, coriander leaves.


Preparation 


 ■ Step 1

  Take a bowl, add water and salt in it. Let the water boil and add eggs to it. Cook it for 7 to 10 minutes. 

                                     


■ Step 2

     Making of tomato puree - Take a grinder add Chopped tomato, ginger, garlic and green chill and grind it till it become a paste.

                               


     

■ Step 3

      Take a utensil add oil, let the oil heat then add chopped ginger, garlic , onion in it and let it cook for 3 minutes then add tomato puree in it and add all the spices mention. Add boiled eggs in it and mix it well. Then add water in it and let it boil for 5 to 10 minutes.  

Garnish coriander leave over it for flavor and decoration.

                                      


                Your egg curry is ready
